I like to think of myself as a Peak Performance Consultant to restaurants and the retail natural foods business. My goals are to facilitate change, empower staff, raise performance standards, and train and develop leaders. Thirty years of experience in various customer service related fields, including Restaurant Manager, Retail Natural Foods Department Manager, Retail Natural Foods Store Manager, and Corporate Trainer, has enabled me to identify areas of financial, operational, and personnel challenges and provide a practical blueprint for turning these challenges around, thereby presenting opportunities for achieving success.
Throughout my career, I’ve had a great interest in human potential development and have placed emphasis on bringing that into my consulting and training. I present opportunities for both professional and personal development, and encourage clients to discover and focus on their strengths and talents. This often brings out the best in both staff and management, which improves performance and creates a more harmonious work place. Because of its success, I’ve also woven this approach into workshops and presentations on developing leadership skills and team building.
In addition, I offer individual Optimal Health consultations to assess foods, supplements, and stress management techniques that can help in healing and/or maintaining optimal health.
